I have been doing juice fasting for several years now. I schedule juice fasts, where I only drink whole juice, tea and water for at least 10 days and compliment this with cleansing and retention enemas. The last time I had colonics I had been fasting for a week and I was simply amazed at the amount of crud that still comes out of me. I have never done colonics without first fasting so.... I do hope you find it useful and not painful. Please let us know what your experience is as I have been thinking of going again, without fasting, to see if I can find any relief.
BE WELL.
How long have you had diverticulitis now ?
