i was just wondering if anyone could tell me if its normal to bleed badly when you go to the loo. i was in hospital back in august with a bad flare up, i have still had a lot of stomach cramps and have been on antibiotics for a month which i finished 2 weeks ago. twice today i have passed quite a lot of blood and have stomach ache, im worried im heading for anouther flare up which my surgeon says will mean the operation. if anybody else has had this i would be grateful of any advice. thanks love donna

Bleeding badly is never normal (nor is minimal bleeding). Please call your doctor immediately!!

I just had a spout of bleeding. I went to my doctor and she says it does happen. It seems from reading alot of these posts that conditions vary alot.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
