Take the time to look around and you shall see that in this world you are not alone. With this being said when it comes to weight loss again you are not alone. We all struggle and at times we feel as though we are not able to do this and cave in from the burden that we place upon ourselves. Remember that we did not gain these 20, 50, 100 lbs or more overnight, they did not magically appear nor will they magically disappear. Next time you want to beat yourself up for falling into temptation realize that what makes you strong isn't how many times you fall, rather true strength is measured from learning about your mistakes and gathering your strength to stand back up and with your head held high. We may have weight, self esteem and depression issues, but once you realize that you are worth it, you are a child of God then nothing can really stop you from who or what you want to be. Best of luck to all of you on this journey. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of yours and for you being a part of mine. God bless
