I have been working on this for a year now and have finally lost 40 pounds. Although I am still considered overweight I am happy with where I am at. My skin feels a little baggy and I have plenty of stretch marks but boy do I feel better all around. I started walking 7000 steps a day and in two weeks bumped it up to 10,000 steps and then started hiking. I started drinking more water and taking out partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup and of course cutting back on all whites (sugar, bread, etc.) I have kept it off! and am so amazed I hope it stays for good!
