This is only my second or third day on weight watchers, and its alot harder than i thought. im on the flex system, and yesterday, and today i cannot feel full! i even went over a point yesterday and still went to bed hungry. like very hungry. it seems to work for so many ppl. am i not eating enough...is it ok to feel hungry most of the time when you first start. i keep trying to tell myself that its just my stomach shrinking, but even with water,its not helping. any advice please! i really wanna stick with it! thanks!
