Hey everyone! I am new and one of the biggest problems I struggle with is getting up in the morning and working out. I say I am going to do it every night before bed and then never ever do! I could work out at night, but I feel that I get the most benefit in the morning and I also think that it would be awesome to use that night work out as an add on. So how do we do it?? How do we get our butts out of bed??? I want it really bad, but can not seem to find the motivation to throw back the covers, put on workout clothes and actually follow through with it! Any suggestions??
