Is power walking for an hour better or pretty much the same as far as burning calories than doing Turbo Jam or Tae Bo or The Biggest Loser dvds for 45 min??? The reason i ask is i bought a pedometer that tracks calories burned and i power walk with my son for at least an hour everyday and it says i burn between 200-210 calories. That doesn't seem too much for an hour!!!! The pedometer of course doesn't work the same when doing Tae Bo or Turbo jam because your stationery alot of the time punching and not really moving your feet...but i work up MORE of a sweat doing the dvds than walking. Sooooooooo which is better??? and is there anyway really to track how many calories burned doing those dvds?????
