i love to snack! but i have noticed i snack too much! This past week i have tried to snack less and have lost weight. I decided to stop snacking on things like special k bars, south beach diet bars.. so on. because i dont need the extra sugar. my husband and i are not going to buy any snacks like that tomorrow, just fruits, veggies and maybe some rice cakes! I think, well i lied... I KNOW it will make a big difference! when i have sugray bars, all i want are sugary bars! im going to try this for few weeks and tell everyone how it goes! any input?
