Just wondering what you guys have found works for you as far as exercise? I found that I have to be in a gym environment. I get too distracted at home, don't like Wii Fit, and hate going to classes. I like being on machines in a gym, while listening to music, watching tv and people and reading a magazine!! For some reason it works and I can keep it up and maintain consistency. So what works for you? Be as specific as you like.
