now back in high school i was 180 and keep in mind i am 5.3. though the year after high school and in college i lost the weight and i was so happy with were i was (115) though after having kids. i have tired every diet, every workout, and i feel at a loss cause it doesnt change anything. havent lost a single ponde been working out for 30 mins a day 6 days a week, and have cut down on food now. Now going back to work i really want to lose a little weight. so what worked for you???
