So I have a real issue with not snacking in the evening. Who knows of some ideas to keep myself occupied? The thing is, I really like relaxing on the couch once my daughter is in bed. So that includes lots of TV watching and having chips, candy (or cigarettes) etc...constantly within reach. I know I really need to go to bed earlier, but I cant relax and/or feel ready to sleep until about 11 or later! How can I break this cycle? Any ideas would be much appreciated.
