I am a new mom and need to lose about 20lbs. I have been having a heck of a time keeping the weight off. I tried Nutrisystem for two months and lost ten lbs. which I was happy with but as soon as I stopped I gained it all back in half the time. I am not eating more and I go to the gym three times a week. I am trying to figure out what kind of diet I can try that might work and I can stick to. Besides Nutrisystem I haven't tried any other diets. What has worked for you?
