I've just joined weight watchers on line only to dicover that I have not been calculating my points properly all these months.. I should be eating more. I have entered in my planned meals for today and have four points left over....Woo Hoo...I drink a lot of tea and have even entered the milk I use per day...I am really surprised, it's no wonder I couldn't lose these past few weeks I was most likely not eating enough. Lord knows what I'll treat myself to but I shall enjoy it just the same.
