I'm going to Weight Watchers and in my 6th week. Yeserday at weigh-in, I lost nothing. Man, what a blow! I've consistently lost so this was though. So what did I do right after? Well, my friend joined and we went to Applebee's after for a WW meal. Neither of us ordered a WW meal, I ordered the pecan salad and ate it all! OK so I screwed up and I know it but I did enjoy it so let's move to my question. The problem I'm having is I don't like vegetables! Because that is what you snack on, I salt the crap out of my veggies! It's the only way I can eat them. I also put a lot of salt in my salad. I'm wondering if I have to cut that now too. I already exercise almost every day so how could I be so consistent with this plan and not lose a single pound? Is salt the next thing I have to cut?
