I am new to this discussion group. I just wanted to say I am ready to start this whole diet thing for the hundreth time. I need a change and I know the only way I can be happy and have that boost of confidence I need is to lose the weight that is dragging me down.

Welcome to the group! I have been a member for about a month now and I can honestly say it's been a huge help! This is the longest I have ever stuck to a diet and I really think that DS has a lot to do with it!

I always seem to do better if someone is ready to seriously do it along side of me. This way I am motivated to do it just as well as them. Motivated to keep on track because they are. I want them to stay on track too! So we all can work together. I think it is great because the three of us are right around the same age too. It makes it easy to relate to someone who is my own age not just my parents harping on me about my wieght but someone who can understand and support my efforts you know? Well see you guys around and keep up the good work!

Welcome! I'm new too! I've lost A LOT of weight already, and I can tell you it doesn't get any easier once you've lost it. I'm struggling pretty bad with binging right now. Scared to death I'm going to put it all back on. I just want to say that we all need to look at the reasons we are trying to hurt ourselves with food, because that's the ONLY way the weight will come off and stay off.
