i am young,12 years old, i want to lose a lot of weight because i am getting to the point that i am very self concious about it, i am 200 pounds and 5'9". the problem is i am big boned adding to my weight, and i exercise A LOT!!!!!!!1 i mean i do not know exactly what the problem is, i mean i probably eat more than i should but yah i know thats the problem, what are effective ways for me to lose weight relatively fast, i want results as quick as possible, i saw tis wulong tea it sounds good has anyone tried it?? what are ways for me to lose weight fast because i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????
