The scales moved a pound down this morning and I am pleased I'm going in the right direction.
Yesterday I clocked up 14,825 steps but then I did walk to work and was busy on the shop floor all day. I was tired though so no excuse to stay up and pick at naughty foods. I ate my required amounts and went to bed.
This morning I have a headache, probably due to too much sleep and my nose is blocked too. I have done my plank and have a busy Agenda today. A walk into town for a coffee if my husband is up to it. Plenty of laundry, take down the decorations and help Kitty our daughter clean out her car. It's a lot to do and I may not get everyting done but I'll give it a go.
So today is the half way point of my first 12 weeks plan. the NHS only does a 12 week plan for weight loss, so I 'll start again mid February and buy myself a special non foods treat.
My weekly treats so far have been a selection of stationary and pens, allowing myself to listen to some music, starting an agenda book and allowing myself to read one chapter of something per day.
I list the to do events for each day in a lovely leather bound Agenda book and that helps me keep on track.

Scales stayed the same today, which is good considering I ate two portions of cake yesterday. My daughter had made cake for a tea party and bought the remainders here. So I had cake for lunch and cake as a 4pm snack. And nothing else till dinner.Most of me feels better today, I just have a pain down my right side of my head where the ear is.
