The scales moved down two pounds this morning, I wasn't sure this was correct so I weighed myself three times and each time was the same. So I mighty pleased today. I also measured my waist and another half inch has gone.
The plank doesn't get any eaiser so I am sticking with 30 seconds for this week.
Steps wise I didn't count them yesterday as I had a pyjama day and didn't leave the house. Like burger and fries days a pyjama day is a must every now and then.
But today I will get out for a walk and it's a long day staying up till gone midnight.
Well I was up so late this morning I didn't bother to weigh myslef.But I actually feel lighter, can it be?Yesterday I did a lot of deep cleaning so up and down ladders and moving stuff. As a result I am tired todaay so will rest easy.I'll have another crack at cleaning tomorrow and then on Friday can rest easy again.My belt for jeans is comfortably on notch Number Four which for me is a bonus.
Didnt do so well yesterday, in the afternoon my salivary glands just wanted things to eat and it wouldnt go away. So I ate biscuits, rice cakes etc. With the result of putting on the pound I took off. Even though I worked out. Today I am off to see a friend, and then a workout again, try not to let what happened yesterday today, and some house chores.
