The scales this morning were down a pound and I have reached another Mini goal.
Yesterday I nearly stayed in all day. I had work to do on the computer then a friend came for lunch. I looked at my pedometer after she left and it was showing only 1,100 steps. so I put on my boots and walked up to the giant supermarket 35 minutes away. I had to buy grocieries as the only food we had left in the house was cakes and buscuits. When I went to bed last night the reading was 8,850 which is not quite the recommended amout of 10,000 but t's much better than 1,100.
Today I have some house work to do and a little more voluntary work on the computer. then after work I'll get out and stretch my legs.
For a long time now I have been trying to shift my last few pounds and I'm finding it truly difficult. I would love a weight loss buddy for advice, tips and encouragement.Anything would be truly appreciated
