Another pound gone today that's a total of 13 so pushing the stone.
Today I am at work, so will walk in but I always get the bus back as I'm pretty tired after my shift.
I continue eating just short of 1400 calories a day, this means four meals of 350 calories a day plus lots of water, and aprox 10,000 steps.
The plan does seem to be working for me
