I binged one night this week and ate a lot of food. The rest of the time I watched my food intake to a T. Well, because of my binge I also gained like 9 pounds of water weight because of all the salt and carbohydrates I ate. So I searched online and found several sites that said if you have excess water weight to get rid of it drink more water. How much water? Take your weight and divide by 2 and that's how many ounces of water you should drink. For me it's almost 2 gallons of water! I was only drinking 8- 8 ounce glasses a day. This week I upped my water intake to between 1 to 1 1/2 gallons of water and this week alone I have lost 26 pounds of water weight! I kid you not. I just wanted to post this so that everyone knows that you might actually weigh less if you start drinking more water.
