I have been eating healthy all day. And yesterday i had some junk food. but now that i have had it i want it now. I have had 2 thin whole wheat creapes with light cream cheese with water, i had chicken sandwich with and a whole wheat muffin and water, and for dinner a chicken paini with snack size smoothie! i want to be good. but subway or pasta sounds sooooooooooo good right now! uuuuhhh. help!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
