I've been eating so many sweets this week.....I need to stop....I've been doing so good on my "lifestyle change" (not a diet). I'm losing inches still, but the lbs aren't coming off. I've also been exercising 3-4 nights a week, and this week, I only exercised on Monday. Please someone, need words of encouragement and someone to eat the ears off the chocolate bunny in my fridge!!! That way I won't!!! LOL.....HELP!! Still need to lose 90 lbs!!!
