I am a wife and a mother of 5 kids. I work full time too. I'm trying to loose 50lbs. However, I have recently discovered a huge obsticle in my dieting. I do great all day then I have to come home and cook for my family. Of course then I begin taste testing then then I have went and messed myself up. And I am having trouble not wanting some of the things I am making for them that I know I shouldn't have. Any suggestions?
