I just wanted to encourage everyone who lost this week to treat yourself to a nice dinner or dessert tonight. I got into the habit of treating myself to one guilt free dessert on the day of my weigh-in when I lost.... and I don't count the points :O... it's my way of rewarding myself for a job well done.... it's really hard to stay on track sometimes.... tell me what you're going to treat yourself to... for me it's apple pie! :)
