So i can eat healthy on my own. what about social events. A friend is throwing a party with home-made runzas, plenty of dip, other yummys and large amouonts of alcohol. I am to bring appetizers or deserts. soooo how can i still make sure i eat alright, don't drink too many calories, and bring something yummy that everybody will enjoy and not ruin my healthy eating?!?!?!
