I drink a lot of water, probably an average of 3 litres a day. My roomate seems to think that I drink too much and it's causeing me to bloat. Most diet books I have read say that water is good, the more the better. I know "they" suggest 8 to 10 glasses a day, but I always thought more was better. Is there a limit? Am I drinking too much? Could water really be hindering my weight loss? Just wondering if anyone knew or had any suggestions. I usually work out a lot so I figured I should be drinking a lot. Any info anyone has is greatly appreiciated.
