hi any 1 thats read my page might think am a nutter but if i was 2 start eating again which i realy wont to what type of foods should i eat but not to put on weight and what type of foods should i stay away from like chrisps choclate and cake and stuff

I think you need to talk to your GP about this. You know you're not in a healthy place right now, it's a very strong person who can ask for help when she needs it.

I agree with Karrigan. Until you have overcome or are working to overcome your illness, dealing with eating is something that needs to be handled very sensitively and with help from a professional. Good on you for wanting to get yourself better.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
