I hope...., we will all weigh in on Tuesday Jan. 1, and then vow to stay off the scales until the following Tuesday (only weigh in once a week, and try to stay off the scales until the next weighin. I didn't for a while last time I did this and it literally ruined my week when I would gain weight, it was much better to just wait the week.) I will try to post what I've eaten and the points value of it everyday, and if I remember right, after being on the program for two weeks, you are allowed to add exercise points to your daily intake. Remember that points values are based on YOUR weight not anyone elses weight. I know that the amount of points I will be able to eat is 21, until I get under 150, then it goes down to 20, which is the lowest amount of points you are allowed to eat. Please b e sure to eat all of your points during your day. WW has been designed to help you lose weight even within the 35 points per day max. So... don't be skimpy on what you eat, thinking it's a diet.... I have discovered it is not a diet, it is a way of life, and for me, I just have to write down everything I eat, or I go crazy, cause I love to cook. There have been days when I have had to eat a hotfudge sundae before bed to get all of my points, and I still lost weight for the week. For any of you who want to do this, but don't have the tools at home to do it with, I've posted a website below to help you, or just message me, I'll be glad to help if I can. I have never attended a meeting, my neighbor did, and that's how I got started. She answered every question I ever had, and I hope I can do the same for all of you, just remember I am not an expert. Just someone who needs some WW buddies. God Bless you all!! http://weightwatchen.com/2007/06/unit-calculators.html

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
