okay, i just figured out something, and i want to give all of you guys this advice. 1) If you are going to excersice, stay with it, dont ever stop, because once you go to start back up again, it is hard. and 2) when excersice, dont let yourself or anyone else push you that hard. Today, i had my first work out in five years. and it's an excersice they do during my boyfriends soccer practice. and the whole motive is to keep your legs moving for 10 whole minutes and not stopping.. i couldnt make it past 4 minutes. My lungs started feeling like they were going to close, and my boyfriend did warn me about doing it outside in the cold. because once your lungs start feeling like that, you cant go back in the house in nince warm air nexted to the fire place. NO! Because your trying to get your heart to slow down and your lungs to calm down a little, so once you walk inside it feels like you are going to suffacate till you die. i decided that i cannot do that excersice. My mom, well she's been loosing weight while working. She does house keeping at a hotel during the day, and cleaning a Chrysler Building at night. i wanted to start going to the Curves that is right down the road with her, but she never had free time. I'm still on the search for a work out that is right for me, not a boys soccer team

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
My ENT sent me for more tests last week...one where they had me lie back in a chair, with blacked out goggles on so I couldn't see while they administered water into my ears one at a time ( first warm, then room-tempurature, then cold) while they video taped my eyes and asked me questions to determine how cognizant I was... This test went HORRIBLY. They were about 20 seconds or so into...
