I don't know if other people have this problem but this is what I have been dealing with...I want to loose weight and I have tried weight watchers a couple of times and lost weight but gave up when I gained like 1 pound (ridiculous I know!) I want to go back on it but I can't face seeing how much I weigh. Has anyone had this problem before and it prevented them from going on a diet where they would have to weigh themselves? If you have, what helped you?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
