Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I also wanted to tell you that you can set other goals. One woman goal is to see how far she can swim. I think her goal is 50 miles. Mine is to lose down under 300 lbs and to jog one lap around the track which is 1/4 of a mile. I know it doesn't sound like much but for me it will be a milestone. I am 68 and 6 feet tall and 67 years old- I started a new weight program- self hypnosis tapes - which really seem to help and the 6 small meals a day- I started last Sunday @ 235 today 226- well I have started this kind of thing before- haven't we all - may 31 my goal would be 190- I would appricate any support and I will keep you posted- I wish you all well and keep strong after all it is just food-
