Hey does anyone else here to the firm and have they had results i have been doing the firm for about 2 months now which i plan on doing for a long long long time..i havent really seen a change on the scale but i have noticed that my clothes fit better i do the firm bootcamp maximum calorie burn and thats cardio and weight training its 50 minutes long about 5 days a week and i do the firm sculpt and tone pilates with the resistance band on weekends along with walking an hour each of the two days..and i eat very healthy...i know i probably need to change it up we dont have much money but my husband is getting my the transFIRMation system for christmas and that includes cardioweights and 5 different workouts that should be enough huh?...its just that the scale hasnt budged and i have been workin really hard i know muscle weighs more than fat but i should be losing some pounds by now right?..any advice would be greatly appreciated

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
