I live in charleston and we have this amazing new bridge(well its about 3 years old)they have a track on the side one for walkers/joggers and another for bikers. A lot of people walk it, it's 3 miles one way. And last night I walked it both ways thats 6 miles total! It's really cool there is a little island below where i saw deer running, i also watched dolphins swimming as i walked across. I posted a picture of the bridge a while back. I Wanted to bring this up because a lot of people dont like going to the gym, so if you have something like this around you, you should try that. It's a great exercise.
