I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
So you ate too much over Thanksgiving...most of us did the same thing! Just kick yourself back into gear and rev up for the next big family get together. There will be Christmas parties and then New Years...the next month will be a challenge.
Keep trying though. You will do just fine. If you do fail, and over eat again, it is not the end of the world! Put it behind you and try again.
The key is not to throw in the towel. Keep on trying no matter what.
You can do it!!!!!
