I will and can do this! I am very motivated. I am 152 lbs and my goal weight is 130 lbs. Last spring I lost 16 pounds but have since agained it back. This time I am going to WIN!!! I will be victorious! My plan is to change my life style. By choosing healthy foods and a minimal exercise that FITS my life style. I am a working mother of 1. So my excercise will consist of only things around the house. For exaple: Intead of my significant other shoveling the drive way and walk way, I will. House hold chores in general. If there is anyone who would like to challenge me in support, I am game!!!
