I will and can do this! I am very motivated. I am 152 lbs and my goal weight is 130 lbs. Last spring I lost 16 pounds but have since agained it back. This time I am going to WIN!!! I will be victorious! My plan is to change my life style. By choosing healthy foods and a minimal exercise that FITS my life style. I am a working mother of 1. So my excercise will consist of only things around the house. For exaple: Intead of my significant other shoveling the drive way and walk way, I will. House hold chores in general. If there is anyone who would like to challenge me in support, I am game!!!

yeah I'm up for the challenge. I've got 11 pounds I really wanna lose so its time to get moving! I'm going to go for a 30min walk each day and go on a low calorie meal plan and choose healthy foods :) we can so do this!!

I had the same exact thig happen. i lost 20 last year and gained it back plus 5. I was 155. Since then i've lost 13 lbs; now i'm 141. My goal is 127-130. Looks like we have the same plan!

Today went pretty good. I did find the time to get out and go for a walk. instead of 30 minutes I went 60. My diet went well as well. I didn't cheat!!!

I hope its not too late for me to join. I am also up for the challenge. My goal is to lose twenty pounds..... Is there a deadline on this?

I'd love to take the challenge. I'd be happy, just to get myself down to 200 lbs, by my next Birthday. I'm currently at 242 lbs.

I've just lost 14 pounds! It took me 4 weeks to do it and my goal weight is 120. I am currently at 173. It's great that you are keeping active! Try to cut out foods with additives in them, that helps alot.

I'm In. I was at 164 in Aug, finally down to 147. My goal by end of year is 130. I work out 3-5 days a week. My exercise includes walking, running, boot camp class on Saturdays and weights. Nov. 9th I'm doing a 6 week boot camp class 5 days a week Mond-Fri. to help in shedding the extra weight, keep it off and learn lots from the class. I've always struggled with my weight and this time it's time to keep it off for good. Wish everyone the best and lets get started. Back to the gym tomorrow (Thursday, Nov. 1st)!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
