Hey you guys, I really need some support here. I have just got back on track with my healthy eating plan. Have joined local Slimming World group. I lost three and a half stone with them, but temptation came in the form of chocolate, sweets and cakes. I ended up putting one stone back on, after all my hard work.I was origionally 16st 7lb, got down to 13st am now back up to 14st, just need a little encouragement, maybe we can encourage each other.
