I am joining this group in hopes of finding some "friends- buddies" for support and help staying motivated. I have been trying to lose weight since november and have yet to do it. I will start strong for a day or two then I fail and it takes me a while to get going again.
I want to know How you stay motivated. I have 95 pounds to lose and I dont see why that isnt motivation enough for me.

Try to stay positive, I think that's the first major thing to do! You'll find the support you need here! I'm pretty new here myself, but it has helped so much to stay focused and motivated! If you want a small jumpstart, we're doing a 21 day health makeover (we're just about a week in). Anyone can join in. You make your own goals and report in to the discussion list everyday with your progress. Everybody's working on different things with the same ultimate goal in the end.
