You would think that by now I would know the answer to this, but sadly I don't.... What are processed foods? I mean are they the boxed stuff, and the frozen meals? Are they the chef-boy-r-dee things? Someone told me on the ww board to stop eating too many processed foods and maybe that's why I had a gain this week, but I don't even know what they are! I know that the lunch meat I usually get is processed, but I've been eating leftovers from dinner like homemade chili and mexican stew or the occasional english muffin pizza. Rarely do I ever cook out of a box! I'm so confused.... can you guys please help me?
