Hey everyone, just had to say that I went to McD's as I was driving around doing a million and one errands before kiddos get home and stopped at McD's. This is probably the first time I actually thought about what I was going to eat and what possibly was not too caloric. I skipped the fries and coke and got two grilled snack wraps with the chipolte sauce on the side and a bottled water. I skipped the FRIES!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not feel deprived and they were quite good. Little successes is what it is all about...Lets all do something little today to be better to our bodies :) I am SO grateful for this site!!!
