This year I have lost 20kgs/44lb. I've eaten well and exercised as much as I can and it's paid off. I've brought my BMI down from about 26 to 22.1 =]
I'm still going, I'm not at the weight I would like to be yet, but I'm getting there.
Does anyone else have any success stories?
(I'm not trying to make anyone feel bad, I just want you to know that if I can do it then you can too)
I hope everyone is having a great day.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
