I have more spaghetti sauce than I can shake a stick at. Is there any "healthier" ways of eating it than with noodles? I'm beginning to think I'm allergic to carbs. or diabetic or something. I feel high or tired or something after giving in for the first time in a while, naughty me, and having a boat load of spaghetti.. now I'm just trying to prepare for future mishaps.
