I have lost 15 pounds and I am pretty happy about that but I am stuck at my current weigh for about 3 months. I have been exercising and trying to eat right. I weight myself often. I have cut back on my foods and I have tried drinking lots of water. All of this sounds like I am doing it right but I must be missing something if the scale won't move. My weight will go up and then it will go down but it always go back to the weight I am stuck at. Believe it or not I do see a change in my body but not the scale. Weird though. My dad's health is really bad. When he starts running a fever he refuses to follow doctors instructions to immediately get medical attention. This would prevent him from having to go into the hospital. So EVERY TIME he has a cold, he ends up in the hospital. Since he is doing it to himself, if he goes this time I am not going to visit him.
