I am so beyond stressed! I am following my diet and exercise but I have lost control of my emotions and composure. There is just so much going on lately and Christmas will be here before we know it. I feel so overwhelmed by everything. Looking through some of the other topics, I see that several other people are having troubles as well. I've heard so much about how stress can actually cause you to gain weight, and that is the last thing I need right now. I need some ideas to help out with the stress so that I can stay focused on changing my lifestyle. Maybe we could all list some tips to fight stress and to help all of us get through the difficult times.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things.
