Hi, i used to eat alot of rubbish sweets etc, i weight about 17.8st at my heaviest i think, and im not on a strict diet or anything ive just cut back alot i dont eat sweets or anything like that just lunch and dinner usuallyevery thing was going great i was down to about 16st and i kind of fell away from the diet but im back on it again, and i was down to about 15.7 which is my lowest ive been, but doing the same things not eating as much and ive started exercising a little and i just cant lose weight it stays roughly the same or i can put it on in the morning i could be 15.7st and at night i could be 15.10st, for the past few days its been hovering about that level, can anyone suggest something to start losing again.
