What are you all having for your lunch/dinner today? im having steak, chips, and peas. and is all free on my eating plan so can eat as much of them as i like. Simply par boil potatoes cut into wedges, then drain place in baking tray and add salt and spray with frylight and bake for 30 mins. Cooking steak in oven till done as like, cooking frozen peas, and serving with 1 tbsp of tomato ketcup. 1 syn on slimming world, only thing have to measure is the sauce.
