I just did my first workout in over a year today! It was only ten minutes of kickboxing, but that's better than what I did yesterday (which was nothing). I probably undid any benefits with the left-over Hamburger Helper I ate afterward, but still. Has anyone else had a problem with doing well, and then hitting a really big slump like this? And how did you get -and stay- back in the game?

i have done the same thing, but my slumb lasted almost two years and i gained 40 lbs. i am starting over too. i believe we just have to forgive ourselves and pick up where we left off. good luck in your efforts. God bless.

I do it all the time ..go back and forth ...exercise for a few days straight then stop for a few days then back again sometimes weeks or more I need to stick to it!!! Maybe with support on here we can I know too that thinking to myself how bad I feel if i dont exercise or eat right too

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
