I have kind of a weird question when it comes to eating sweets or anything we shouldn't be putting in our bodies. awhile back i was dieting hardcore and my diet didn't allow me to eat sweets. but i love sweets! so what i did if i had a craving for something was chew it and then spit it in the trash can...so that i could get the flavor but not digest it in my body. does anyone else do this...and if so do you think that counts? or do you think the calories don't make it to your system? i really wanna get back into doing this, but not sure if it even matters...
