I can believe it it has been a week since i weighed and i have been so good i even went on a 2 mile walk on the Sat and a 6 mile walk on the sunday! I was sick and didnt eat hardly for 2 days and i weight the same 199lbs:( surly i cant be on a plateu already i have just started and have got a long way to go :( i only drink water and a lot of it i exercise 2 days on 1 day off, althought i havent exercised this week yet as i have been sick......... i am soooooooooooo disapointed........ please any advice? i am trying so hard and being so good....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
