I been thinking alot about my weight and I really do want to loose weight. But I dont know how to go about doing it. I dont know how to really get myself focus on eating right and exercising. I go on diets , they usually last about a week and if I dont see results by then I get tired of trying and give up. I dont know why Im like that. I know I didnt get the weight on in 1 week, what makes me think I can get it off in 1 week. Im just so frustrated with myself. I dont have any will-power. I wish I knew how to get will-power and how to have energy and the motivation to get determined to loose weight.
